Patagonia
Patagonia is a large windswept land that covers almost all the land in Southern Argentina. Patagonia is the least populated part of Argentina and few people live there. Tierra del Fuego is the southern tip of South America and is a part of Patagonia.Tierra del Fuego is split between two countries, Argentina, and Chile. The southern part of Patagonia is freezing and has mountains. The eastern part of Patagonia is full of lots of coastal plains right next to the atlantic ocean. There is a very large change in elevation throughout Patagonia, from thirty meters below sea level in the Granbajo de Gualicho depression in the north, to 1500 meters above sea level mountains in the south. The southern part of Patagonia is full of Glaciers and Ice Fields. Patagonia is a region that takes up almost half of Argentina and goes all the way down to the southern tip of South America.
